eCommerce Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo)Location: Northwest Arkansas

About the Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Klaviyo to plan, build, and optimize automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns. This role is focused on driving engagement, conversions, and repeat purchases through strategic email flows and segmented campaigns.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize automated email sequences in Klaviyo, including: Welcome series, Abandoned cart flows, Post-purchase follow-ups, Re-engagement campaigns
Segment audiences using behavioral and demographic data for precise targeting.Write, edit, and test email copy for high open rates, CTR, and conversions.Monitor deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, send times, and offers.Analyze performance data, create reports, and recommend improvements.Collaborate with design, product, and customer experience teams to align campaigns with brand and business goals.Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in email marketing for e-commerce brands.
Proven expertise with Klaviyo, including flows, campaigns, and integrations.Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies.Experience with segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content.Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting a plus.Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into action.Excellent writing and editing skills for concise, persuasive copy.Nice to HaveExperience with SMS marketing through Klaviyo or other platforms.Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe).
